- Customize onboarding forms, workflows, and system settings based on client needs
- Process and review first payrolls to confirm data accuracy and validate setup
- Manage implementation timelines, outstanding items, and client follow-up to keep each onboarding on track
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout implementation and make sure they understand next steps, responsibilities, and deadlines
- Help clients learn and adopt the system by providing clear guidance, walkthroughs, and ongoing support
- Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HR, Risk, and other internal teams to ensure implementation requirements are completed
- Use reports and system data to identify missing information, setup issues, and readiness concerns
- Maintain accurate implementation records, documentation, and status updates
- Troubleshoot system and setup issues as they arise
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve the implementation process
WHO YOU ARE
- Highly organized and able to stay on top of multiple clients, deadlines, and outstanding items
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with payroll data, employee information, and system configurations
- A strong communicator who follows up consistently and keeps people informed
- Comfortable learning, navigating, and configuring complex systems
- Able to manage expectations and maintain trust when challenges or delays arise
- Proactive and solution-focused when something does not look right
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and keeping everyone aligned
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and does not let important details fall through the cracks
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems
- Payroll processing or payroll implementation experience
- PrismHR experience is a plus
- Experience managing client implementations, projects, or system transitions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or potential issues
- Comfort using reports and data to track progress, validate setup, and make decisions
- The ability to prioritize work and stay organized when managing multiple implementations at once
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to continuously improve processes
WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING HERE
- You will play a direct role in how new clients experience Row Partners from day one
- Your work will have a real impact on whether systems, payroll, and onboarding are set up correctly
- You will work across multiple areas of the business and develop a strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and PEO operations
- You will join a collaborative team that values initiative, ownership, and great ideas
- You will have room to learn, grow, and help improve how implementation is done
